About this tool
See your favicon and page title where people actually meet them: a browser tab in light and dark themes, the bookmarks bar and a search result. Tabs fade the title out rather than cutting it with an ellipsis, and a typical tab only has room for about 25 to 30 characters, so the tool tells you how much of your title shows and suggests putting the important words first. Checking both themes is worthwhile because a dark logo can disappear on a dark tab strip.
Upload a PNG, SVG, ICO or other image and you'll see its size, with a warning if it isn't square or is too small to stay sharp on high-resolution screens. Your image is read in your browser and never uploaded. Real browsers and search engines vary, and measure by pixel width rather than characters, so treat this as a close guide.
