Domain Hack Generator
Enter a word and see every way it splits into a “domain hack”, where a real top-level domain spells part of the word, like fami.ly or youtu.be.
About this tool
A domain hack reads the top-level domain (TLD) as part of the word: “family” becomes fami.ly and “listing” becomes list.ing. Your word is checked against every two-letter country-code TLD and a selection of short generic ones such as .ink, .ing and .app. Exact hacks, where the TLD finishes the word, are listed first, with popular, widely available endings such as .ly, .io and .me ahead of the rest. Splits that leave letters over are shown as a path, which works well for short links.
Nothing is looked up, so check availability with a registrar. Many country codes limit who can register (for example, .us requires a US connection and .eu an EU one), some are expensive, and a country's rules can change, so read the registry's terms before building a brand on one.
