About this tool
Log task hours per person per day and the grid colours each cell by how heavy that day is, with weekly totals for each person and the whole team. Type straight into any cell to change it, and set a weekly limit to flag anyone over it. Everything is saved in this browser and can be exported as a backup file.
It’s different from Retail Tools’ Staff Coverage Heatmap, which counts how many people are rostered on at once rather than the hours named people are working.
