About this tool
Copy a block of cells from Excel or Google Sheets and paste it straight in, or load a CSV file. The first row holds the column names, the first column holds the labels (months, regions, products) and every other column becomes a series. Numbers can include pound signs, commas, percentages or brackets for negatives, and the chart's axis and labels pick up £ or % formatting automatically. Anything that isn't a number is flagged, so a stray “n/a” doesn't quietly become a zero.
The download is a native PowerPoint chart, not a picture, so you can restyle it or change the numbers later with Edit Data. Pie and doughnut charts show the first series only. The colour-blind safe palette uses colours that stay distinct for the most common types of colour blindness. The preview is a quick sketch; PowerPoint draws the final chart.
