About this tool
The Word document starts with the title and a short block of details (who it's for, who it's from, the reference, date and how long the offer stands), then each section you filled in, in a sensible order. Prices go into a proper table with a subtotal, VAT and total, all worked out in pence so the sums always add up. Pick “None” for VAT if you're not VAT registered.
Lines starting with a dash become bullet points. The document uses Calibri on A4 with page numbers in the footer, and an optional acceptance section gives the client somewhere to sign. Everything stays editable in Word, Pages or Google Docs.
