This is a lightweight running log of decisions, so the "why" behind a call doesn't get lost as time passes and people move on. Each entry records the decision, who made it, the reasoning behind it, and its current status — and the search box and status filter make it easy to find a specific one later. Everything is saved to this browser, and the Export/Import JSON buttons let you back it up or move it between devices.
