About this tool
Add everyone who needs to be there, enter the times each of them is busy, and it shows the slots where they’re all free within your working day and long enough for the meeting. Add a buffer to keep a gap either side of other commitments, and mark people as optional so they don’t rule a slot out but you can still see when they’re busy.
Busy times that end before they start are treated as running past midnight. Everything is saved in this browser, and you can copy the free slots to paste into an email or chat.
