About this tool

Write each task on its own line, with the owner and due date after it, separated by dashes: “Send revised quote - Priya - Friday”. You can also use @ for the owner (“@Priya”). Due dates can be written as you would say them: “today”, “tomorrow”, a weekday such as “Friday” (the next one), “31 Oct”, “31/10” or “2026-10-31”; UK day-month order is assumed.

The table sorts by due date, with anything overdue and anything due in the next two days flagged, or groups the tasks by owner so each person can see their list. Tasks with no owner are marked “unassigned”, a common reason actions get forgotten. Copy the result into an email, Teams or Word, or download it. Your list is remembered on this device.
