Press “Copy signature” and paste into your email program’s signature settings: in Gmail, Settings, then See all settings, then Signature; in Outlook, Settings, then Mail, then Compose and reply (or File, Options, Mail, Signatures in the desktop app); in Apple Mail, Settings, then Signatures. The signature is built from a simple table with inline styles, which is what email programs display most reliably, and links are added for your email, phone, website and LinkedIn.
For a logo, use an image that’s already online, such as one on your website; email signatures can’t include uploaded files, and many inboxes block images until the reader allows them, so the signature still works without it.
