About this tool

Assumes every frame is the same size, laid out in an even grid — the sheet's width and height are divided evenly by your column and row counts. Everything happens locally in your browser.

The animated preview plays the frames in order (left to right, top to bottom) at the speed you choose, so you can check a walk cycle or an explosion before using it. If the sheet’s size doesn’t divide exactly by your counts, the tool warns you, since that usually means a column or row is miscounted. Frames are cut without smoothing, so pixel art stays perfectly crisp, and they can be saved one at a time or all together as numbered PNGs in a ZIP.
