About this tool
Write each result as “Home 2-1 Away” (or “Home v Away 2-1”), one per line, and the table updates as you type. Team names must be spelled the same every time. Lines starting with # are ignored, so you can add notes such as round numbers. Teams get 3 points for a win and 1 for a draw; choose 2 for a win to recreate an old table.
When teams are level on points, English leagues use goal difference and then goals scored; many competitions, including the group stages of UEFA tournaments, look at the head-to-head results between the tied teams first. Many grassroots leagues deduct points for unpaid fees or missed fixtures, so add those as “Team -3”. The coloured bar marks promotion and relegation places, and form shows each team's last five results. Your results are remembered on this device.
