Voice Pitch Changer
Shift a clip up or down by semitones for a quick chipmunk or deep-voice effect. Note this is a simple speed-based shift, so pitching up also speeds the clip up (and down slows it down) — it doesn't preserve the original duration.
About this tool
Positive semitones (try +4 to +12) speed the clip up and raise its pitch for a chipmunk-style effect; negative values (try -4 to -12) slow it down and lower the pitch for a deep, slowed-down voice. Twelve semitones is a full octave. This is the simplest way to change pitch — a true pitch shift that keeps the original speed needs more complex processing than this tool does.
Change the settings and press Play again to hear the difference: the effect is applied afresh from your original file each time, and Download saves it with the current settings.
