Cut text to a maximum length, optionally breaking on whole words and adding a suffix.

About this tool
With "Break on whole words" on, the cut point moves back to the last full word so you never end mid-word. The suffix (default an ellipsis "…") is only added when the text was actually shortened, and it counts towards the limit, so the finished text never goes over your maximum.
