About this tool
Covers the common Markdown subset: headings, bold/italic, strikethrough, inline code, code blocks, blockquotes, links, images, horizontal rules, and bullet/numbered lists. Links are limited to web, email and relative addresses for safety, and underscores inside words (snake_case) are left alone — not the full CommonMark specification (no tables or nested lists).
