About this tool
Lorem Ipsum is scrambled, meaningless Latin-derived text used since the 1500s as placeholder copy — it lets you judge a layout's typography and spacing without a reader getting distracted by readable content.
- Why does it always start with "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet"?
- That's the traditional opening; untick the checkbox to start from a random point in the passage instead.
- Can I generate a specific word count?
- Yes — switch "Generate by" to Words and set the amount.
