Start a countdown for your break and get a beep, and a notification if you allow it, five minutes before and when it’s time to go back. It keeps time even if your phone locks.

About this tool
The timer works from the time your break ends rather than counting seconds, so it stays accurate if your phone locks or you switch to another app, and it carries on if you refresh the page. The time left also shows in the browser tab title. Allow notifications when asked to get an alert even when the page isn't on screen; phones may still need the page left open in the background.
Sounds need your phone's volume up and silent mode off. Break rules vary by employer, but in Great Britain adults working more than 6 hours are entitled to at least a 20-minute rest break.
