About this tool
This tool is built for the common back-of-house situation where the person who notices stock is running low isn't the same person who goes and fetches it from the stockroom — or where a list needs to be handed between shifts. Build your list by searching the built-in catalogue of common cafe and retail items (or typing your own), set a quantity for each, then use Copy full list to grab a plain-text message ready to paste into WhatsApp, Teams or email. Whoever receives it can paste that same text into the Import a pasted list box on their own copy of this tool, and carry on ticking items off as "Picked" or marking them "Unavailable" if the stockroom has run out. Since this is a fully client-side tool with no shared server or account, copy-paste is how the list travels between the two of you — and the Unavailable items only export gives you a short message to send back explaining what couldn't be found.
