About this tool
Use this at goods-in to check what's actually arrived against the supplier's delivery note, line by line. Enter each product or SKU with its expected quantity (from the note) and the quantity you've actually counted — the difference column flags any shortage or overage straight away, so you can query it with the driver or note it on the delivery paperwork before signing for the delivery.
This tool is session-only by design — it's meant for counting one delivery at a time, not building up a long history. Use Export JSON if you want to keep a record of a particular count sheet.
