Keep the equipment at your workplace in one simple list, with the helpline for each supplier, and turn any number into a tidy sticker you can send to a colleague.
About this tool
Everything is saved on this device only (your browser's local storage) — nothing is sent anywhere. That also means it isn't shared between devices or browsers, and clearing your browser data would delete it, so use Export JSON now and then to keep a backup you can bring back with Import JSON. The stickers are PNG images: preview one, then download it or (on phones that support it) share it straight to WhatsApp, Teams or email. A sticker button is greyed out when the number it would show hasn't been filled in.
