About this tool

At least three of each set's main numbers come from the details you enter: dates such as birthdays and anniversaries (the day, month, parts of the year, an age, or the time between two dates), door numbers, the last two digits of a number you know and a favourite number. The rest are filled at random. Numbers too big for a game, such as a year, are wrapped into its range (1990 becomes 43 in a 1–59 game, for example), and tick “show where each number came from” to see the source of each.

Only one set can be made per day, across all games, as a deliberate brake on chasing numbers, and today's set stays on screen if you come back. Each new set is checked against your earlier ones for that game so you never get an exact repeat. Meaningful numbers are no more likely to win than random ones, and because many people pick birthdays, numbers up to 31 are popular, so a jackpot on them is more likely to be shared. Everything you enter is saved only in this browser. Please don't enter bank card or account numbers.
