EuroMillions draws 5 main numbers from 1–50 and 2 Lucky Stars from a separate 1–12 pool, so a player's line has the same shape: 5 different main numbers plus 2 different Lucky Stars. Every one of the 139,838,160 possible jackpot combinations is equally likely, whether generated here or picked by hand, so there's no "better" way to choose — this just saves you thinking one up.
- Can the same number be both a main number and a Lucky Star?
- Yes. Main numbers and Lucky Stars are drawn from two separate pools (1–50 and 1–12), so the same numeral can legitimately appear in both parts of a line.
- Does generating numbers here improve my odds?
- No. Every possible combination has exactly the same probability. This tool only saves you the trouble of picking numbers yourself; it doesn't change the underlying odds of any UK or EU draw.
