My Refund Details

Log the details of a refund as you process it — the original transaction, the refund amount and method, the reason, and photos of the receipts — so there's a record to fall back on later. Cashiers see today's refunds only; managers and supervisors can switch to a full history view with search.

This device has no login, so this is a simple view switch, not real security — anyone with device access can switch views. Use it to keep the everyday cashier screen uncluttered (today's refunds only), not as an access-control measure. Manager/Supervisor view shows the complete history across all days.

About this tool

Everything is saved on this device only (your browser's local storage) — nothing is sent anywhere, and there's no real login. That also means it isn't shared between devices or browsers, and clearing your browser data would delete it, so use Export JSON now and then to keep a backup you can bring back with Import JSON. The Cashier/Manager toggle above is a convenience switch, not access control: a cashier's view only shows refunds logged today so the screen stays uncluttered and no one idly browses old refunds, while the Manager/Supervisor view shows the full history with search and date filtering. Receipt photos are saved as part of the record's data — they can be viewed full-size by tapping a thumbnail, and can be removed from a record before saving.
