Quote/Estimate Template Builder
Write a clear quote or estimate with your logo, line items, VAT, a validity date and a space for the customer to sign, then print it or save it as a PDF.
About this tool
A quote is a fixed price for the work described; an estimate is your best guess, which can change. Either way, list each part of the job as a line so the customer can see what they're paying for, say how long the price stands, and set out anything that isn't included. The valid-until date is worked out from the quote date, and the document ends with a line for the customer to sign and date if they accept.
If you're VAT registered, tick the box in your business details and each line gets a VAT rate, with the VAT shown separately. Your details are shared with the invoice and receipt tools, so turning an accepted quote into an invoice is quick: open the invoice builder and your business is already filled in.
