Simple Cash Flow Forecast Builder
Plan the next 12 months of money in and money out, see your bank balance at the end of each month, and spot the month it would dip below zero before it happens.
About this tool
A cash flow forecast is about when money actually arrives and leaves your bank account, not when you invoice or are invoiced. Put customer payments, loans and any other money coming in under money in, and everything you pay out under money out: rent, wages, stock, loan repayments, your quarterly VAT bill, Corporation Tax or Self Assessment payments, and anything you take out for yourself.
Profitable businesses still run out of cash when big bills land before customers pay, so the forecast highlights the month your balance would go below zero and its lowest point across the year. Start with the balance in your bank account today, update the forecast with real figures as each month ends, and download it as a CSV to open in a spreadsheet. Everything is saved on this device.
