PDF Page Reorder / Delete Tool
See every page of a PDF as a thumbnail, then reorder, rotate or remove pages and download the new file. It works with a mouse, touch or keyboard, and nothing is uploaded.
About this tool
Each page is shown as a thumbnail, drawn in your browser with pdf.js, with buttons to move it earlier or later, rotate it a quarter turn or remove it. You can also drag pages with a mouse, reverse the whole order (handy for scans fed in backwards), undo your last changes or start again. Removed pages are left out of the new file; your original is never changed.
The new PDF is built with pdf-lib by copying the pages you kept, so text stays selectable and links and image quality are unchanged. Rotation is saved as part of the page, the way PDF readers expect. Password-protected PDFs need the password removing first. Nothing is uploaded at any point.
