Repeating-key XOR, output as hex. Applying the same key a second time recovers the original text.
About this tool
XOR with a short repeating key is easy to break with frequency analysis once you have enough ciphertext — this is a learning/puzzle cipher, not real encryption. For that, use the AES tool instead.
