Tee Time Scheduler

Turn a list of golfers into a tee sheet: choose the first time, interval, group size and a one- or two-tee start, draw the groups at random if you like, and print or copy it.

About this tool

Add everyone playing, one per line, and the sheet splits them into groups and gives each a tee time. Groups are balanced so nobody plays alone: ten players in four-balls become a four and two threes. Use Random draw for a fair mix or keep your own order to pair people up, then copy the sheet into an email or print it for the board.

For a two-tee start, groups go off the 1st and 10th together, which gets a field away in half the time. Intervals of 8 to 10 minutes are usual for four-balls. Everything you enter is saved on this device.
