About this tool
This is designed for sampling a portion of a shift — for example, timing interactions for one hour to get a feel for what customers are actually asking for — rather than logging an entire shift from start to finish. Tap a type to start timing it; tapping a different type auto-stops the current one first, since only one timer ever runs at a time. The interaction types shown are fully editable, so a cafe can rename them to things like "Order query" or "Dietary question" instead of the shop-style defaults. Deleting a type only stops offering its button; sessions already logged under it stay in your history. Everything is saved to this browser, and you can Export/Import JSON to back it up or move it between devices.
