Every figure here is a typical/average make time for that drink and size, built from common coffee-shop practice — it's an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual time can vary with the machine, the barista, how busy the milk steamer is, and how many drinks are being made at once. Espresso is measured as single or double rather than by size; flat white is only offered in one size (Small) because that's the only typical time the data covers. Sizes are shown as Small, Regular and Large, which most UK coffee shops use in some form.
