About this tool
Checks against a curated list of common look-alike characters (Cyrillic and Greek letters that closely resemble Latin ones, fullwidth Latin letters, and invisible zero-width characters often hidden inside usernames and links) — not the full, much larger Unicode confusables database, so it can miss rarer substitutions. A flagged character isn't automatically malicious — it just means it's worth a closer look, especially in a domain name, username, or email address.
