About this tool

Each player starts with 12 pieces on the dark squares of their first three rows. Men move diagonally forward one square onto an empty dark square. If a capturing jump over an adjacent opponent piece onto an empty square beyond is available, it must be taken (and if that jump leads straight into another capture, you keep jumping with the same piece). A piece that reaches the far back row is crowned a king, and can then move or capture diagonally forwards or backwards. You win when your opponent has no pieces left, or no legal move available.
