About this tool
Quoted-printable represents non-ASCII and special bytes as =XX hex pairs, while leaving most printable ASCII text readable as-is — used by many email systems (MIME). Encoded lines are kept to the 76-character limit with "=" soft line breaks, and a space at the end of a line is encoded so mail servers can't strip it.
