About this tool
Speaker notes are stored separately from the slides inside a .pptx file. This tool follows the deck's own slide list, so the notes come out in the order you present them, even if slides were moved around after they were made (the file names inside the deck don't change when you reorder slides).
Only the notes text is kept: the slide picture, page number and any header or footer on the notes page are left out. Hidden slides are marked, and you can leave them out or skip slides with no notes. Choose Markdown to paste the notes into a wiki, a README or a note-taking app with each slide as a heading.
